2 # boneless chuck, cut into small chunks
2 T salt - Divided
1 - 16oz peeled tomato wedges, undrained
1 med onion chopped
2 stalks celery cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 C parsley
1/2 t oregano
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/8 t pepper
1 clove garlic minced garlic
2 C zucchini sliced (about 1 zucchini)
2 C frozen green beans
1 C sliced carrots
1 C chopped cabbage
2 C tomato juice
1/4 to 1/2 C elbow macaroni uncooked
1 C grated parmesan divided

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in a heavy saucepan and 2 1/2 quarts of water. Bring to a boil. Add salt and simmer till meat is tender.

Remove meat.

Add salt, tomatoes, onions, celery, parsley, oregano, pepper, and garlic. Simmer 20 minutes. Add meat, veggies, tomato juice, and macaroni - simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.

Add cheese slowly.
