1 5-6 Pound Chicken, thawed and gizzards, neck,etc removed
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Larry's Seasoning Blend ©
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Sage
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, minced
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

Take all ingredients except chicken both and mix together in a small bowl. Pour chicken broth in cooking pot. Place "Cook & Crisp™ basket in the cooker. Place seasoning on entire chicken. The legs together with cooking twine. Put in basket. Place the pressure lid on pot. Make sure the vent/seal valve is set to seal. Set to slow cook for 1 hour. Ensure the chicken is done. If not, put the pressure cooker on 10 more minutes. Remove the slow cooker top. Spray cooking spray over chicken. Place the Air Crisp top down on pot. Set to air crisp for 15 minutes on 400°. Push the button to start. Remove when finished with proper mitts.
