1 # stew beef cubed
4 potatoes peeled and cubed
2 stalks of celery sliced
46 oz can of V-8
3 - 10 1/2 oz cans of beef consomme
2 - 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
24 oz frozen green beans
16 oz frozen corn
16 oz frozen peas
8 oz frozen carrots
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large pot. Add enough water to cover all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for two hours.
