Ingredients:  
1/2 c small pearl tapioca
3 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tapioca, milk and salt in saucepan. Heat on high until comes to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes on low heat. Gradually add sugar. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Mix a little of the hot liquid into the eggs to temper. Add eggs to saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add vanilla. Chill before serving.
