1 - 15 oz can of chili
2 packages cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb bacon
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble bacon. Mix bacon, chili, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Spread in a pie pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve with chips.
