1 wheel of brie (1 ½ - 2 lb)
1 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
6 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
¾ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Score the top of the brie with a sharp knife.
Put it in a round quiche or pie plate.
Combine the topping ingredients and press on top of the cheese.
Bake at 350º for 25 - 35 minutes until cheese is hot and runny.
Serve with crackers or bread.
