2 cups frozen spinach
4 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh dill or basil, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
16 oz Fat-Free plain yogurt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach, squeeze dry, and chop fine.
Process spinach, mayonnaise, dill/basil, and garlic in a blender until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in yogurt. Season with black pepper.
