2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter, melted
2 tbsp white vinegar
**Seedless raisins - optional
3 dozen medium tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF

Beat egg only until whites and yolks are well blended. Beat in sugar and add vinegar and vanilla. Stir in melted butter. Place 3-4 raisins in the bottom of each empty tart shell if desired. Fill tart shells ½ - ⅔ full with butter mixture. Place shells on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 325ºF for 8 minutes.
