2 cups butter
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
4 cups flour
5 cups oats, pureed in blender or food processor
1 tsp salt (do not add if using salted butter)
24 oz chocolate chips
1- 8oz hershey's chocolate bar grated
3 cups chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:

Heat oven to 375ºF

Cream both sugars and butter.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with next 5 ingredients. Add chocolate chips, hershey bar and nuts.
Roll into balls.
Bake for 10 minutes.
