When dough is done, roll out into a rectangle.
Mix together soft butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread over rectangle and roll up. Slice into 16 pieces. (two bum pieces usually make up one piece. )

Place in greased 9x13 pan. Either cover and pop in the fridge and save for later, or preheat oven to 200ºF and let rise in there for 10 minutes.

Take out of oven and heat oven to 350ºF. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

To make icing, mix all icing ingredients together excluding the extracts, for 10-12 minutes on med-high. Add extracts at end.

When buns come out of oven, spread a thin layer of icing over top so that they do not dry out.
