2 lbs shredded potatoes
1 pint sour cream
Minced onion to taste
2 c grated cheese of your choice
1 family size Cream of Mushroom soup
½ c butter, in 2 equal parts
Corn Flakes

Optional: Add a can of corn, green beans, or you favorite precooked meat.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt one half of the butter and mix it with all the ingredients except the corn flakes. Put into a glass baking casserole pan.
Crush Corn Flakes. Melt the second half of the butter and mix with crushed corn flakes. Spread on top of the casserole mix.
Bake for 50 minutes.
