1 pound chicken livers
1 onion
1 egg
˝ cup flour
1 cup cream
Ľ teaspoon allspice
Ľ teaspoon pepper
Ľ teaspoon thyme
1 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover livers with boiling water to cover. Let stand until cooked. Grind liver and onions until smooth. Grind onions twice. Mix egg, flour, cream, salt, pepper, allspice, thyme, and melted butter until light and fluffy. Add more cream if necessary. Cook in a covered casserole in a water bath at 350°F for 2˝ hours.
