2 eggs (extra large)
⅔ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon vanilla
⅓ cup butter (melted)
⅓ cup corn syrup
Pecans (untoasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Filling is for a 9 inch pie shell. Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat until well combined.

Add melted butter and beat together.

Add corn syrup and stir well.

Put pecans in the bottom of an unbaked pie shell, pour filling over pecans.

Bake pie for 35 to 45 minutes. The center should be st and pecans toasted golden brown

Cool for 2 hours before serving. Store at room temperature.
