2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Pour into an 8 X 10 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set and brown
