8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
2 cups powdered sugar
1 to 2 firm bananas for slicing
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in Small bowl on medium speed until smooth. Mix in mashed banana. Beat in sugar until mixture is light an creamy. Add more powdered sugar if consistency is not desirable. Place 1 layer of cake, flat side up on plate. Spread with a quarter of the frosting. Thinly slice 1 firm banana and arrange a layer of slices over frosting. Top with second cake layer, flat side down. Frost top and sides of cake. Garnish with 1-inch border of nuts around top of cake. Refrigerate until serving time. Before serving, slice banana and arrange slices in a circle around center of cake.
