1 pound quartered fresh strawberries
1 pound fresh sliced rhubarb
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 stick cold butter, plus more to grease pan
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F
Toss the strawberries and rhubarb with sugar and cornstarch.
Butter a 9 inch square baking dish.
Pour the strawberry/rhubarb mixture into the baking dish. Even out the top.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, rolled oats, light brown sugar and salt.
Work in the stick of cold butter with your fingers.
Scatter topping over the fruit.
Bake for one hour at 350F or until golden and bubbly.
Allow to slightly cool on a wire rack.
