1½ oz Cornflakes, crushed
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
2 3oz uncooked chicken cutlets, pounded thin
2 T. skim milk
4 tsp. reduced calorie margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients; set aside. Brush Chicken with skim milk, coat with cereal mixture, and place on nonstick baking pan. Dot cutlets with margarine and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until done. Enjoy! 😀

I know Rob would be very disappointed if I didn't include his "favorite" meal while he was in high school. This is a Weight Watchers recipe that I made when I was on a diet, which, according to Rob, must have been often, because he renamed this entree "Cardboard Chicken."
