Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2¼ c VERY WARM WATER, approx 110º
¼-⅓ c honey (or sugar)
2½ tsp salt
¼ c soft/melted butter or oil
1½ tbs yeast
2½ c white flour
3½ c wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add warm water, honey, salt, soft (almost melted) butter to mixing bowl and begin mixing.
Add 2½ c of white flour; once all flour is wet, add yeast.
Next add wheat flour, approximately 3-3½ c wheat flour until dough pulls away from the edges of the bowl. If using an electric mixer, knead for 5 minutes. If kneading by hand, knead for 10 minutes.
Shape into 2 loaves, slam/or drop each loaf to pop any air bubbles.
Coat two loaf pans with non stick spray and place shaped loaves into each.
Let dough rise in warm oven, 170º, approximately 15-20 minutes until loaves double in size.
Turn oven up to 325º and bake for 25 more minutes.

I use glass pans at 325º, if using darker pans, heat oven to 350º.

When bread is pulled out of the oven, burn loaves out of pan onto cooling rack and cover with a light towel to cool. Enjoy!
