3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 Tbsp butter
1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 - 16 oz canned sweet potatoes, drained
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

Mix and beat all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Cook @ 350 degrees until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake for about 50 to 55 minutes.
