2 lbs frozen hash browns
½ c melted butter
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 can cream of cheddar soup
¼ c finely chopped onions
2 c sour cream
2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes and mix well with ¼ c butter. Add remaining ingredients except corn flakes and remaining butter. Top with corn flakes drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
