6 lbs boneless chuck roast
1 bunch celery
3 large onions
1 bottle ketchup
1 bell pepper
2 Tbsp barbeque sauce
3 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
3 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 ½ c Water

Directions:
Directions:
Dice veggies. (Grind pretty fine in a food processor). Put half of veggies in bottom of roaster. Place meat (keep in 2 or 3 pieces) on top and cover with rest of veggies. Pour liquids over the top. Cover and cook 6 hours in a 300º oven. Shred with two forks to serve on buns. This freezes well.
