8 oz frozen peas
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté onions in olive oil until golden brown.
2. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Cook until mushrooms are golden brown.
3. Add frozen peas and continue on low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
