Stewing beef - 1 1/2 pounds
Salt = 1 tsp
Pepper - to taste
Potatoes - 4 cups
Carrots - 3 cups
Onion - 1 large
Frozen peas - 1 bag
Flour - 1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Put beef, chopped onion, carrots and potatoes into slow cooker. Add salt and pepper, cover with water and let cook on low all day.

Once the bulk of the stew has simmered all day, add the bag of frozen peas and bring to a boil. Mix flour with water and add to the boiling stew. Add and cook until the consistency of stew.
