2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1- 8.5 oz package cornbread mix
1- 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1- 14.75 oz can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish.
Beat eggs in a large bowl, then whisk in sour cream and butter. Add cornbread mix and both whole & creamed corn, stirring until combined. Pour into prepared dish.
Bake until top is golden brown, 50 minutes to 1 hour. (You can make this 1 day ahead, although it won't be as moist. Reheat in a 350º oven covered with foil, 15-20 minutes)

Note: the ingredients can be doubled and baked in a 9x13 baking dish in almost the same cooking time.
