2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
16 ounces cream cheese
1 6-ounce package instant lemon pudding
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
16 ounces Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
For the crust, mix flour and butter and press into 9" x 13" cake pan. Bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes. Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese, and spread on cooled crust. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Add lemon juice. Pour on top of cream cheese. Let set. Spread Cool Whip on top. Chill thoroughly.
