2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mini Reese Cups (24)

I use a mini muffin pan for this recipe.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients together except mini Reese Cups
When batter is smooth, roll dough into balls, roll in sugar and place
in mini muffin pan.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes

While they are baking peel the mini Reese cups and set aside.

When you get the cookies out, place the Reese cup in the center of the
cookie pushing down gently. Then remove pan and place on cooling
rack.

(I have also used Hershey Kisses and it is similar to a peanut blossom cookie)
