2 cups unsifted flour
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup cold margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice from concentrate

Directions:
Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in margarine or butter until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserving 1 1/2 cups mixture, press remainder into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Meanwhile, in a large mixer bowl, beat cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Add milk and vanilla, then lemon juice. Beat well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Refrigerate.
