2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease foil in a 9 x 13 pan. Stir together flour, sugar, and salt. Use a pastry blender to cut 3/4 cup butter into the mixture until it resembles fine crumbs. Press into pan. Bake 15-18 minutes or until light brown.
In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and the 1/2 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Gradually stir about 1/2 cup of the hot mixture into eggs. Return all of egg mixture to saucepan. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Bake 30-32 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store bars in the refrigerator.
