3 (8-oz) skin-on center-cut salmon fillets
1 bunch scallions
2 thinly sliced garlic cloves
3 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp honey
tsp sesame seeds
dash of salt

1. Whisk 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves, 3 Tbsp lime juice, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp honey, tsp sesame seeds and a dash of salt in a small bowl.
2. Place marinade and salmon in a sealable plastic bowl or container and let sit for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat broiler. On a sizzle platter, broil 1 bunch of scallions with 2 tsp vegetable oil until lightly charred (about 3 minutes).
4. Remove salmon from marinade and set on top of scallions.
5. Broil until salmon is charred around edges and medium rare (about 6-8 minutes). Watch closely to keep from burning.
