1 cup butter
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 cups flour
3 eggs slightly beaten
½ cup half and half
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 TBSP butter
¾ pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 TBSP diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine first 3 ingredients. Work the dough together to form pie crust consistency. Make small balls of the dough and press into mini tart tins, (1½" size). Smooth out the dough inside tin to fit properly. Can use the back of a spoon.

Prepare filling. First sauté the mushrooms in the butter. Add onions and cook until onions are transparent. Cool slightly. In a bowl, combine the eggs, cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to the mushrooms.

Fill the tarts and bake at 425º for about 15 minutes. Serve warm. Freezes well for later use.
