1 ea Breadcrumbs
1 ea Onion
1 ea Parsley
1 lb Ground Beef
½ lb Ground Sausage or Italian Sausage
3 T Grated Parmesan
1 ea Egg
1 t Salt
¼ t Pepper
1 c Tomato Sauce
1 t Oregano
1 ea Melted Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, onion, parsley, beef, sausage, cheese, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Shape into a loaf. Coat the top with butter and bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce over loaf, sprinkle with Oregano and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
