2-3 lb. round steak
1 package French Onion Soup Mix
1 box Stove-Top Dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize steak by pounding. Spread Stove-Top Dressing on round steak and roll up like a jelly roll. Secure with toothpicks. Place in roasting pan on a rack. Add water on bottom of pan. Add onion soup mix, salt and pepper, onion, and other spices as desired. Cook at 350º till done. About 2-3 hours.
