1 cup butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1½ cups sifted flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup oatmeal
1 bottle chocolate shot
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and confectioner sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla. Add sifted flour and baking soda, mix well. Add oatmeal and mix well.

Shape into roll on waxed paper, roll in chocolate shot until roll is covered. Slice with knife and put on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 16-20 minutes in 325 degree oven.

Makes 4 dozen small 2 inch cookies.
