3 cans large niblet corn [well-drained] or an equal amount of frozen corn
1 small package of cheddar cheese shredded
1 bunch green onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 package of chili cheese Fritos
Mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Dice green and red peppers. Dice in small pieces 3-4 green onions. Mix the vegetables with the corn and cheese. Add enough mayonaise to stir like you would potato salad. Put in refrigerator for about 6 hours or overnight. Before serving add the whole package of fritos and serve.
I only use approx 1/2 of each bell pepper, your choice if you want more bell pepper in it.
