Directions:
1. Mix together 1st 5 ingredients, add 1/2 cup tomato sauce, worcester sauce, salt & pepper.

2. Arrange pepper halves in 11-3/4 X 7-1/2 X 1-3/4" baking dish. I use a square corning baking dish and do 2 layers) Fill peppers with meat mixture. Mix together remaining tomato sauce, water, sugar and basil. Pour sauce over peppers. Cover with tight fitting lid or plastic wrap.

3. Microwave for 20-25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and peppers are tender.

Let stand of 5 minutes before serving.

For cabbage rolls instead of peppers I cook a head of cabbage & stuff cabbage leaf with meat mixture. Follow same directions as above.
