1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic pepper or 1 clove finely chopped garlic
3/4 cups colby-jack cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
I usually like to add chili powder as well. I don't measure though, just kinda start sticking it in. (Queri)

1. Heat oven to 350º

2. Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 c. salsa. Spread mixture into ungreased loaf pan. Pour remaining salsa over the top.

3. Insert meat thermometer so top is in center of loaf. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in center, juice is clear and thermometer reads at least 160º.

Bon Appetite!
