1 cup butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened (do not use light)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Beat in 1 3/4 cup sugar and 3 eggs until well blended. Stir in flour, salt, nuts and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

In small bowl, mix at low speed cream cheese, remaining sugar, egg and vanilla just until blended. At medium speed, beat 2 minutes. Drop by large spoonfuls on batter and cut through both mixtures with knife tip for marbled effect. bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
