1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Sifted Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar after mixed well add other ingredients and mix.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet

Place in 350º oven for about 8 minutes or until edges are brown.

After cookies are cooled spoon ice cream of your choice on a cookie and top with another.
Wrap with saran wrap and place in freezer.
