Whole Turkey 12-14 lbs
Whole Duck 4-6lbs (closer to 6 lbs)
Cornish Hen
1 lb of Hormel Black Label Bacon
Apple Butter
Mint jelly
1 handfull of Cranberries
2 Apples - Granny Smith baking apples
Hemp or Manilla Twine
Aluminum foil

1. Debone the cornish hen, duck
2. debone the turkey through the breast, and only remove center carcass and keep limbs attached
3. Preheat the oven to 500º
4. Lay 8 2 ft pieces of string in a parallel pattern and lay turkey on top of it
5. Lay out the turkey and cover the inside of the turkey with apple butter
6. Place duck on top of turkey
7. Cover inside of duck with mint jelly and arrange the apple slices
8. Place Cornish hen on top of duck
9. On the inside of cornish hen arrange cranberries
10. Using the strings fold the halves together starting with under the wings tie everything together so only the turkey is visible.
11. Weave the bacon on top of turkey, completely covering the top of the turkey. Freezing optional at this point.
12. After bacon starts to cook, take a triangular wedge of aluminum foil and place over turkey like a blanket
13. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes
14. Remove the aluminum foil, turn the temperature down to 350º and cook until a meat thermometer inserted into all three birds reads 165º or higher.
