2 C. Boiling Water
1/2 C. Sugar
1 T. Sugar
1 T. Salt
2 Beaten Eggs
2 T. Shortening
2 Packets of Yeast
1/4 C. lukewarm water
4 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water, 1/2 C. sugar, salt, shortening and cool to lukewarm.
1 T. sugar stir in eggs, then stir in 4 C. flour and yeast in 1/4 C. lukewarm water
Stir in 4 more cups of flour.

Do not knead. Refrigerate

Shape into balls with hands, place on greased cookie sheet, let rise to double (3 hours)

Bake @ 450º for 20 minutes
