3 Eggs (may use egg beaters)
1/2 c Bisquick
1/4 c melted or very soft butter
1 c milk ( I use low fat)
1/4 salt
dash of pepper
4/5 oz cheese
onions optional
1/2 c sasuage or chopped bacon (or more)

350 degrees for 30/40 minutes

Directions:
Directions:
Blend everything but the meat. Pour into a greased flat pan/dish. I use a 9" round dish. Don't know what it's called.
Cook the meat and crumble or chop it. I use 10 slices of pre-cooked bacon. Spread it on top and press it down, if necessary.
Cheese flavors vary, but if using Velvetta, 4 oz is enough.
Bake 30/40 minutes at 350 until it puffs up and gets a little brown.
Eggs take less time than Egg Beaters.
