3 Eggs
3 (12 oz.) cans of Evaporated Milk
1¼ c. Sugar
¼ c. Butter, melted
½-1 c. Raisins
2 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Salt
1 loaf of Bread
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat the eggs, milk, sugar, butter, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
2. Cut bread into cubes and add to the mixture.
3. Pour into a greased 9x13 in. baking dish and bake at 325º for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
