2 packages 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
½ cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
½ cup Bue Cheese Crumbles or Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Approx. 20 ounces of Shredded Chicken (can use canned chicken)

Directions:

Mix all together and bake at 350° in a 9 in pan for 20 minutes.
Optional-Add another cup of cheese on top 
