2 cans Black Eye Peas (or other Small Beans)
1 can White Corn
2-3 cloves Garlic chopped
1 Japapeno
1 Small Red Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Tomato
Chopped Parsley to taste
1/3 c. Chopped Cilantro (opt)
1 Bottle of Italian Dressing
Tortilla Chips

Directions:

Chop one of each - jalapeno, small red onion, green pepper, red pepper, tomato
Mix 1 pkg Italian dressing (or bottled) and pour over mixture. Stir. Make ahead 24-48 hrs. Serve with tortillas.
