1 T dry mustard
1 T vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 c ketchup
Mix together and simmer 20 minutes.
This in good on all meats; keeps forever in the refrigerator, and much better than A1 or similar sauces. I got the recipe from a friend in Midland, Jane Leahy. I was a fondue sauce.
I always triple the recipe.
