1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp cold, unsalted butter, cubed
2 Tbsp cold shortening, cubed
3 to 4 Tbsp ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse flour and salt in a food processor until combined, 3 or 4 times.
Add cubed butter and shortening.
Pulse until mixture looks like small peas. 4 or 5 times.
Sprinkle 3 Tbsp ice water over top of the mixture.
Pulse 4 times.
Add up to 1 more Tbsp of water if needed. Add 1 tsp at a time.
Pulse after each addition, until dough just clumps together.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured work surface.
Knead until the dough comes together. 2 or 3 times.
Shape into a hockey puck disk.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill 4 to 24 hours.
