5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cups sugar
2 packets rapid rise yeast
1 tsp salt
6 Tbsp butter
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp butter, soft
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp butter soft
2 Tbsp milk (more if needed)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, dry yeast and salt in a large mixer bowl.
Stir until blend.
Microwave butter in 1 1/2 cups water in 15 second increments until very warm, but not hot. Butter shouldn’t melt completely.
Add with an egg to the flour mixture.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl.
Add one more cup of flour.
Beat two minutes at high speed.
Stir in just enough remaining flour, so that the dough will form into a ball.
Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes.
For filling combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
Roll dough into a 15X10 rectangle using a rolling pin.
Spread 3 Tbsp butter over dough. Stopping 1/2 inches from the edges on the long side.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Beginning at long end of rectangle, roll up tightly.
Pinch seams to seal.
Cut into 12 equal pieces.
Place cut sides down in greased 13X9 inch baking pan.
Cover with a towel, let rise in warm place to double in size. About 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Rolls should be golden brown.
Cool on wire racks for 25 minutes.
Combine powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp soft butter, milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Beat until creamy.
Spread frosting over the rolls.
