1/2 c. sugar
1 c. clear Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanuts or pecans
1 tsp.. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar and Karo syrup in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 4 minutes. Add peanuts or pecans then microwave for an additional 4 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla and microwave for 1 minute. Stir in baking soda.

Spray non-stick cooking spray onto foil then immediately pour peanut brittle onto the foil. Allow to harden then break into pieces.
