6 large eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices fresh or day old bread, cubed
1 c. shredded cheese, cheddar or mozerella
1 lb. cubed ham

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat the eggs and add the milk and dry mustard, blending thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350º oven.
