1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1½ c. sugar
2 T flour
salt
1 t. ginger
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. allspice
1/4 t. cloves
3 eggs
2 c. milk

2 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, eggs and milk.
Mix dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake 375º for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
Makes two pies.

Mom made these pies every Thanksgiving. If you are wanting only one pie, you can freeze half of the pumpkin mixture for another time. Remember to top the pie with cool whip or whipped cream. After all...you need a little pie to go with the whipped cream!!
